Hi,
actually I have Active Directory with SMB and OS X Lion running.
The Macs are connected and authenticated to Active Directory on Longon.
If I connect to smb://freenas it takes 5sek and I am logged in automatically.
All shares are ruled by ACLs to Domain Groups and this is working too.
Owner is root:wheel
If I create a subfolder with Windows it inherits the Owner and Permissions perfectly
If I create a subfolder with a 10.7 Mac it adds stupid ACLs
So the Question is how to inherit the permissions from top or is it possible to use AFP without ACLs and have one permission Set per Share?
Cheers
