Add jail/plugin fail

Hi,
I try to study about the freenas.
I met problem when I install the jail.

The freenas Version is:
FreeNAS-11.3-U5

When I click the jail at the first time, it shows a message to install "iocage".
This is a little strange, it only occupies 632 KiB.

Then, I try to install jail, and I don't have release version data could choose.

Finally, it shows a error message.

I search some cases on internet, and it seems like internet setting problem.
But, I don't know what problem it is.
This is my setting.

and to read documentation
at FreeNAS 11.3 is really, really good and complete
just read and nothing bad was happend

I try to study the document about the networking setting, but I doesn't understand about it.
In the document (https://www.ixsystems.com/documentation/freenas/11.2/network.html)

IPv4 Default Gateway : Typically not set.
Nameserver 1~3: DNS server.
How can I get the correct nameserver 1~3?
I try to enter some cases, but it is not work.

You do not have to set it if you are using DHCP. It will be set by that process. Otherwise use your router address.
As a test use 8.8.8.8 as a nameserver, or the ip address if your router.
