Access to all users shares

How to setup a user (superuser) to access all CIFS shares? I need these to automatically delete old user backup files, and i need a user that could access all users shares and have permissions to delete this old files. Thank you.

Not sure if this works but I think one could set up a share to a parent mount point with inherit permissions. Folks with access to the parent share then would have access to the subdirectories. Hope this helps.
