A bus fatal error... LSI 9340-8i & DELL R720xd

Hi

I flashed IBM M1215 to LSI 9340-8i and put it to DELL R720x. Server has problem with cotroller and sometimes is rebootted. Do you have any idea where is the issue DELL doesn't like LSI 9340-8i or something wrong is with RAID controller?
