4 Plugins and 2 Jails Stopped Working After a reboot

Hi,

I have 3 Jails, Sabnzbd, Plex, and OpenVPN.
The Sabznbd contains the plugins Sabnzbd, Transmission, Sickrage, and Couch Potato.
Before I rebooted I did a couple things including setting some of the datasets and volumes to 777 because I was having issues with Plex and setting an manual ipv4 setting for all 3 of the jails. I undid both of those things but the ipv4s for each jail now starts with DHCP. (Before I changed the ips it didn't have the DHCP prefix)

Another thing I noticed in the log that is displayed on the monitor with the actual computer is that there were al lot of:

(DATE AND TIME) plexmediaserver_1 cron[16321]: login_getclass: unknown class 'deamon'
(Something) was not empty (525 items) Lost 4 pages of memory.

Sorry for the 2nd on I don't remember exactly what it said and I cannot re-create it.

I followed this guide to setup everything except Plex and openVPN:

The most obvious issue is that all the services except Transmission are turned off, according to the 1st screenshot.
