OK FOUND IT!! I was getting crazy and then I thought to the UNIVERSAL REMEDY to all HUMAN PROBLEMS: THE REBOOT! ...

so I rebooted and now in every dataset and sub-dataset of my BACKUP pool, all permissions are EXACTLY as the original!
I'm very happy! :) Tonight I will add 2 disks to my original volume and then I'll copy back all my stuff....YAY!!!!!
(anyway...this is the last time that I do replication....next time I need space I will add another 6-DISKS-vdev to my ZPOOL)
