2FA with FreeNAS (Google Authenticator)

Hello,

Is anyone able to provide help on setting up Google Authenticator with FreeNAS? I have tried following the guide below but I can't find the packages and I get an error stating that the packages aren't up to date? Thank you in advance!

The method that Mr. Paetzel provided (while good) was very hacky back in the 9.2.x days of FreeNAS. I suggest you open a feature request if you wish for iX Systems to include this functionality.

Additionally, it's worth pointing out that the relevant standard is RFC 6238.
