There is only one gateway and DNS.
So you can't and shuold not put more anywhere.

non c'è altro modo di usare 2 ip diversi per collegarsi con 2 reti lan

there is no other way to use 2 different ip to connect with 2 lan networks

If you are on the same subnet there is no need for gateway as there will be no routing.
And if you need a route to another router than gateway you can add that to the routing table.

You can use one or more IP on one or more interfaces as long as they are not on the same subnet.

But gateway or "master router" that any traffic that is of unknown destination (outside known network) can only be one.

You're a little bit confused about IP networking.

You can only have one default route ("gateway") on a UNIX host. If one of these networks connects out to the Internet via NAT, use that one as the default route. If both networks connect out via different upstream connections, only one of them may be used as the default route.

Likewise, there is only one set of DNS servers for the entire UNIX host. When a host is looking up a site, let's say "www.truenas.org", it has no way of knowing which direction the resulting traffic might end up flowing, so there is no way to specify different DNS servers for each interface. It fundamentally doesn't make sense.

A NAS usually only needs to communicate on the local networks, and maybe out to the Internet. So do not get too distracted by trying to figure out settings for DNS/gateway for the second network. They're meaningless.
