11.3 U2.1 Cannot access SMB shares

I have been banging my head against a wall for 3 days now and I hoping someone on here will be able to help.
I have a new install of FreeNAS 11.3U2.1 that is connected to a Windows domain. All appears good on the domain connection and the system shows in active directory but the shares on the system do not show and when you try to browse to the system either by IP or Netbios name all systems cannot connect to it and get the error " Windows cannot access \\freenas2"

I have verified that windows firewall is off and that SMB is turned on on FreeNAS.
