After update 11.2 U1 to U2 freezing. smart errors, locks GUI

It is possible that the boot device is dying. Does a fresh install to a new USB stick resolve the issue?

If not, post your hardware specs as per the forum rules.

There is no USB. SSD raid 1 for boot. Reverted to U1 everything back to working fine. Maybe U2 is a problem.

Same here. I experience freezes under heavy SMB load. Console/UI become very slow, reboot hangs, hard reset is required.
