Hello, I am about to upgrade my NAS portion of my home network to 10GB and just want a sanity check on the hardware I've selected.

Any glaring issues with these choices? should be compatible with Truenas?

Those look like they should work. I generally prefer buying fiber and transceivers from fs.com--the uniboot patch cables are particularly nice. But I don't see any real issues with what you're listing.
