Bittorrent Plugin Transmission Web Interface

So I installed the plugin and enabled the web interface... how do I figure out what IP to use to access it? I can provide screenshots if that might help...

if you are on 9.1 you should go to the jail tab and just click the edit button for the jail. it should show you the ip

Ive got everything installed, but it will not allow me to choose the location for the file to be saved. Its like I have to pick an area inside the jail only. Is there a way to change this?

This is by design.

The proper way to use ALL of the plugins is to mount a location outside the jail into the jail in accordance with the manual. The jail isn't supposed to have access to the outside world except through this method.
