dashboard not working after upgrade

Hi， all

I upgraded my truescale from 22.12.3 to 22.12.4 then upgrade it to 23.10.1.3, now the dashboard is hung, always flashing with truenas logo.

it was working when I finish upgrade to 22.12.4, but not working after the second upgrade.

any suggestion?

Did you try the usual stuff? E.g. clear browser cache, a different browser or a force refresh with shift+f5? Sometimes after an update, especially after a major version jumb, the gui can try to load old cached browser data and then gets stuck.

I tried edge and google browser, cleared cache, no luck.

will a clean installation fix this? will the DB backup restore the storage back to it's configuration before installation?
