Are these HDDs still suitable for use? (Help interpreting SMART data)

I currently have 2 4TB CMR HDDs in my WD NAS, but consider putting them in my TrueNas Scale System. I got these SMART results from the WD software, they're not from the TrueNAS dashboard as I haven't moved them yet. However I don't really understand how to interpret this data. Would you consider these values acceptable? What unit is the Temperature Celsius in? Because the drives are obviously not running at 103 C. Are these drives still safe for use?
Thanks everyone

I forgot to provide the drive model. The drives are both WDC WD40EFRX-68N32N0 drives.

These are normalized values, so the temperature is on a scale of 255 to 0, where 255 is good, and 0 is bad. The "Current" column is all like this.

Nothing is obviously wrong with the drives, but I would like to see the raw values, which are not provided on the screenshots.
