Restored to default - All pools disappeared. How to restore pools?

I just installed it on an external HDD connected to the USB.
so you are dual booting truenas and windows? I struggle to understand what the purpose of what would be, other than to test it out. if you were testing it out...why would you put data you cared about on it with no backup?
There is no way I can get a bit of this pool back, right? :-(
there are ZFS data recovery services, they are just usually prohibitively expensive for anything but critical business cases. there are people in this forum who have helped with recovering FUBAR pools, but since none of them have chimed in...
I spent a ton of time and effort researching how to make the most reliable NAS setup, and have not really needed to try to recover a pool.
I have heard on a different forum page that somebody was in the same situation and they resolved it through : "Exporting the pool through CLI" and then "Importing it through GUI:.
i believe I read that same thread; if so, they were not in the same situation as you, as they had a functional pool it was just not imported correctly. what they had was a working pool that wasn't showing up in the webUI, which is sometimes what happens when you muck about at the CLI. all they did was export at the CLI, and then reimport a working pool with the webUI.
you do not have a full functionally pool as far as I can see, but, again, as I stated, if you can get to anything, copy it out ASAP.

or else, shut it all off and send it for recovery. the more you mess about with it, the harder and more expensive recovery services become.

i am a bit confused why it looks like your pool should be completely dead but you are getting a zfs listing of the datasets.
if you have a pool in the webUI, make a READONLY share for it, and try to copy anything you can off of it?

How can I do it? This is the pool status I have now (attached).

Seems like my biggest HDD (main drive) status in the pool is ONLINE! How can I copy that? Can I access it and copy the data to somewhere else?

Problem solved. I just added the drive using the windows shares (and also added a user before) and was able to add the drive using the Windows Map and it worked. Thanks all.

that is good to hear, however, you need to *seriously* reconsider this storage setup.

please see my signature. it's certaintly not everything but it contains a lot, with many of the articles intended for people new to truenas..
also, there are trueNAS help files, and, like, google.
what it looks like to me, is that you should just convert everything to windows drives for now. is this laptop your only computer? truenas is intended, designed, and tuned for enterprise grade hardware. at a minimum, you need a decent board with plain SATA for a reliable platform. USB obfuscates the drive, and is not reliable, and ZFS doesn't do well with this.
if this is not an option (price etc) there are other NAS distros that would likely be a better choice. openmediavault and unraid are popular and have options other than zfs that are still pretty reliable.
backups are also crucial.
importantly, there are articles here in the forums for recomended hardware, and pitfalls and how to avoid them.

I agree with @artlessknave
This is not a suitable system for TrueNAS, Scale or Core
