Pool status degraded

Hi,

I have a problem with my FreeNAS. The status is degraded with too many errors on one disk. It put the zpool status in a screenshot.

I also ran multiple smarttests (short and long). I also include this screenshot.

I also tried a scrub with no effect regarding the degraded state of the pool.

Do you have suggestions what I can do to fix the problem?

ada0 is failing, replace the drive.

Isn´t there any other solution I can try first? Because replacing the disk would be my last choice.

You have a failing drive but that's entirely up to you, it's your data.
