DEGRADED status

Hi, All;

Yesterday, one of hard drives seem to be broken down. I replaced it and insert new hard drive.
However, I still have degraded status. Actually, 4 hard drives have been installed...
The status is as follows. How can I change the status? I need to do something in the command prompt or on the GUI? Please let me know about steps or procedures....

Thanks for your reply.. Sorry, I am new for ZFS and I actually read the documents, but I am not clear. BTW, I tried to do as follows.

1. I did offline -> zpool offline DATA 3577294924791928652
2. shut down the system and replaced to new hard disk
3. I did online -> zpool online DATA 3577294924791928652
The status was changed to UNAVAIL
4. Then, I tried to do replace command like zpool replace DATA 3577294924791928652 OR /dev/gptid/53265316-d002-11e1-87c9-00241dc9eed6, but I got errors as follows.

cannot open '/dev/gptid/53265316-d002-11e1-87c9-00241dc9eed6': No such file or directory OR
cannot open '3577294924791928652': no such GEOM provider
must be a full path or shorthand device name

Actually, I couldn't find 53265316-d002-11e1-87c9-00241dc9eed6 at /dev/gptid...

How can I change the online status and recover new hard drive???

Use the Replace button in the GUI (Storage -> Volumes -> View volumes -> [click on the volume] -> Volume Status (a button below at the bottom of the View Volumes screen, looks like a sheet of paper) -> [click on the old drive] -> Replace (the button will appear below))

je me tourne vers vous car j'ai un probleme avec mon freenas 9.1.1 release x64
aujourd'hui je me connect pour augmenter la taille du quota zfs d'une de mes disques
je m'appercois que l'un des volume est unavail
je panique un peu
j'ai brancher un nouveau disque en externe , que j'ai ajouter a mon volume RAID dans lequel se trouver tout mes disque
il c'est bien importer
maintenant j'ai retirer le disque defectuer et installer le disque précedement ajouter
celui ci est bien dans mon volume RAID
mais dans une autre sous rubrique stripe alors que les autre disque dont celui qui est toujours indiquer unavail malgrés qu'il soit plus dans le serveur
sont dans la sous rubrique raidz1-0
ma question est comment faire pour retirer l'avertissement et retirer le disque unavail et le remplacer correctement par celui qui est dans le stripe
je ne sais pas si je me suis fait comprendre

i have a update fopr my problem

I have a FreeNAS server version 9.1.1 x64 release
inside there are four 1TB hard drive installed in RAID 5
3 TB of data
yesterday I noticed wanting to increase the value of the quota of one of my ZFS partitions that my server was WARNING
I checked my records and it was DEGRADED
my data is always accessible
I try to follow a tutorial found on the forum so I connect an external hard drive and restart the server, add the disk is visible
I add to my UFS RAID Volume and this one is well recognized
I remove the failed disk and replaced it with one that was externally
I restart it and my voice very hard , for cons I always saw the old drive and always indicate as UNAVAIL or UNKNOW
I connect the faulty drive externally and the latter was again recognized and ONLINE
Now I start my little server without connecting the external disk
I have 4 TB of data possible and connect 5TB
If the external drive is off, I have nothing
My RAID I have this:
