I've been getting this message from FreeNAS:

How do I resolve this? And why is it occurring?

Did you remove one of the devices in your boot pool mirror?

If that is the case, it seems one of the boot devices failed.

This box was built by iXsystems just a few months ago. How do I get it replaced?
