WincSCP Access Denied

Main Objective: Find a way to manually update Plex (Plex updates have been a Bain)

Method: Using WinSCP method posted by jasonbuechler on tube. (I have tried the shell method, didn't work for me as I am a noob) WinSCP method seems to be the easiest

Problem: Stuck at login in with WinSCP with this message:

As per instructions I have went into "Services", "SSH" and checked off "Log in as root with Password" and "Allow password authentication"

Not sure what I am doing wrong here, any help would be appreciated.

I did, thank you for responding. I eventually had to reset the password a few times.
