Prior to this update the system was running rock solid... no issues. After update system is becoming unresponsive on a daily basis. When I log into IPMI and look at the console this what is shown in the attached image. Whats interesting is this is NOT the IP the server should have. I have a static IP of 192.168.1.69 set on a LAGG. I also have no clue where the bridge... is coming from. I've had to hard reboot the server and reconfigure networking on the LAGG every time because after the reboot there is a message where it gives the IP of the web interface saying it could not be accessed.

Were you able to resolve this?
No, I had to revert back to 11.2 U1. This was a daily occurrence after the updated and I didn't want to have to deal with it each and every day. Since reverting to U1 I have not had a single recurrence of the issue.

Having the same problem (only difference is that the IP on NAS after i look on screen is ok), both web and direct CLI gets unresponsive, have to reboot... (Havent found anything in logs so far)

There was an update available (Even though its a fresh install from yesterday) so I will update if it still happens after update

got the NAS to get frozen again while copying a large amout of data from one pool to another (and being away from pc)

(sorry for the bad quality)

although pretty sure that it didn't cause the freeze, since that happened between 20:30 and 21:20 local time

Hey Lada,

The messages about partitions being destroyed and re-created is strange... What is that disk used for ? Is it your bootdisk ? If it is, a defective bootdisk would explain a lot of your problems... Should it be, I would suggest you backup your config ASAP and try to re-install FreeNAS on a different boot disk. Once installed, restore your config to that new instance.

Also, considering how many people ended up in trouble with 11.2U2, I would not go above 11.2U1.

Good luck,

That might have been me (not sure since there is no time), I was recreating one pool because I added another disc to it.

But I think the last three lines appear at all of my freezes.
