Hi Guys,

I am running FreeNAS-11.0-RELEASE (a2dc21583) but I still have the old interface..
Could anyone please tell me if this is normal?
Is the new FreeNAS 11 Web UI still in beta?

Yes, that's normal. You have to click the 'Demo' link at the log-in prompt to see the new UI.

Sorry to necro this old thread, but this flat out doesn't work for me. Tried clicking "Demo our upcoming UI" on the login page & all I get is a blue box, white text, "Connecting to WebSocket..." message. Nothing happens. Brand new FreeNAS-11.0-U4 install. Tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge.

Am I missing something?

I have the same trouble, what is the port have to open for UI WebSocket connection ?

After updating to FreeNAS-11.1-U5 I lost option for Beta UI at login. Can I access Beta UI from some other link?

Yes, just add /ui to the end of your current ip. For example:

As I understand, they removed the link for the Beta UI as of 11.1-U5. See the release notes.
