Anyone got CrashPlan working on FreeNAS 11?

I was hoping to setup Crash Plan after I have upgrade my drives and updated to FreeNAS 11, I have follow bunch of tutorials online from last year on 9.10. How would go and install and setup crashplan?

I'm still on Corral so not sure what 11 is like these days, but have you tried using Docker or a VM?

@MrUnknownEMC You'd utilize iocage, not the plugins from the WebGUI, of which still use warden.

• See this thread, however when I tried to get the crashplan using iocage up and running, I was unable to and still haven't found the time to troubleshoot why.
• If there's more documentation regarding iocage and it's crashplan jail, great, otherwise, for a no-nonsense way of getting crashplan up and running until iocage is fully documented in the guide, install Ubuntu in a VM and run the CrashPlan server from it.

IM following this guide at the moment to setup a VM,
Also im running AMD3+ platforms and im pretty sure bhyve won't work, what loader should i use? BIOS? is that an option?

You can use 17.04.

For storage:

1. Create a zvol: WebGUI -> Storage -> Highlight DataSet to use -> Create zvol
2. Add to VM: Web GUI -> VM -> Select VM -> Devices -> Add Device -> Type: Disk

The VM loader can be UEFI or legacy [UEFI-CSM]. See this post for what needs to be done with the *.efi after Ubuntu is installed.
