Upgrade/Downgrade Questions

Hi, I am fairly new to FreeNAS and currently have v9.10.2U1 running. I would like to try v10 and I'm looking for help with the following:

1. If I install v10 on a new flash drive, will it automatically see my data/volume?
2. If I decide to roll back for any reason can I power power off, swap flash drives, and boot up using 9.10? Would it be that simple?

I have a copy of all data so a "worst case scenario" of losing data isn't a big deal. I found a lot of information about upgrading but nothing specifically to help with these questions.

Automatically no. Once you import your pool yes.

Yes as long as your pool is the same ZFS version.
