I know this is ridiculous but I have a sort of OCD, so I am a bit stressed that the share name is nas and not NAS. So how can I fix so that the share name is upper/lower case sensitive? I write in the CIFS share that i want it like this but in the windows share it shows as something else. I have tried searching without luck.

How do I fix this?

Thanks!

Where does it not show up the way you want? In the freenas gui or on your windows host?

If you name the share "NAS" windows will display it as "nas". If you name the share "NAS Share", windows will display it as "NAS Share". Use mixed case for your share names and everything should show up the way you want.
