Is anyone else getting a "Piwik" header towards the bottom of the page?

I'm using Chrome on android phone.

Something I've just noticed today.

And I thought I was the only one going crazy. Looks like we all looked this place up. The only thing I can think of is someone made a change to the forums yet again without letting anyone know. Well that is my conspiracy theory.

It's ruining the layout of the page for me. It ends up on the right, cutting into the available horizontal space.

Mobile resolutions do put it at the bottom for me, though.
