Because Unix permissions are actually ignored for CIFS (in fact, once you create a dataset as a Windows dataset, you can't even use the chmod command on it anymore). You have to use Windows ACLs instead of Unix permissions for Windows.

But it can work in FreeNAS 9.2.0,The problems appeared after the system upgrade to 9.2.1.9

I can create,delete,but modifly .
