I finally got the new replacement disk to be added to the pool. With the latest nightly (7226) it was simply to do a "replace" and then a "detach". :)
When looking at the pool with "zpool status" the new disk shows up with a device name (ada6p2). All other disks are with their gptid (gptid/xyxyxyxyxy...).
Considering that the device names tend to change every now and then... it is probably not something good. (Also, read Williams response here http://forums.freenas.org/showthread.php?1075-Disable-gpt-gptid-labels)
Is this a bug? What can I do to fix it?
(I also have a problem with mountd not starting. http://forums.freenas.org/showthread.php?1698-mountd-not-starting-(8.0.1.amd64-7209-7226))
