I started messing around with power management two days ago.
Enabled powerd
set the drives to hdd standby; 5 minutes and advanced power management; 1
in var/log/messages "zpool list -H -o health panda" shows up every 5 minutes. I have no idea if it's suppose to, if it's healthy for the drives and what not. Also, I haven't been able to see if the drives power down or not. I found some threads about it but I didn't manage to make it work.
