Hello, I have a FreeBSD Server which I do daily snapshots and send it to another FreeBSD Server.

FreeBSD Server 1 -> Snapshot -> FreeBSD Server 2

Now I want to do this like:

FreeBSD Server 1 -> Snapshot -> FreeNAS

I know I can send the snapshot to a file and archive it, however if I want to do this daily it will consume too much space. Is there some tool already prebuilt in FreeNAS to do snapshot backup from remote servers?

Why do you need any sort of change to your workflow? It should literally be as simple as changing the machine you're SSHing into.

That's what I'm currently doing between servers, I only wanted to know if there was any pre-built tool in the FreeNAS GUI to do that. If not, I'll probably end up doing the same on the FreeNAS.

The architecture of zfs send/recv does not lend itself very well to a pull model. You'd have to SSH in and then establish another connection back to the server.
