zfs reporting degraded drive ..

experiencing issues with zfs.. Trying to correct this error.. Need some assistance

Hi @Norman Hawkins. Are you using FreeNAS? If so, have you been doing pool maintenance from the CLI? I ask because I notice the drive labels are sdX rather then the normal UUID you'd expect from the FreeNAS GUI. If you're using FreeNAS you want to try to use the GUI, failing to do so can result in the system being misconfigured and unable to fully manage your pool.

To answer your immediate question, it looks like you may have two bad disks. Did you start any resilvering yet? It looks like the system thinks sdb is resilvering and that sdf needs to be replaced as well?

No, he isn't--FreeBSD wouldn't give disk identifiers of sd*. @Norman Hawkins, why are you posting in the FreeNAS forums if you aren't using FreeNAS?
