SOLVED Wow do I recover from failed update?

I tried to update yesterday but I got a timeout in the browser and she I re-tried the update, it failed with this popup. Re-trying failed with same or the like.

What I can see is that the some jail mounts have changed

from
/mnt/mailstore/imapuse -> /mnt/jails/mail/var/spool/imap
/mnt/mailstore/postfix -> /mnt/jails/mail/var/spool/postfix
/mnt/media/media -> /mnt/jails/media/var/db/media

to
freenas-boot/ROOT/FreeNAS-9.3-BETA-1416462961@2014-11-20-23:27:05/mnt/mailstore/imapuse 445G 2.8G 442G 1% /mnt/jails/mail/var/spool/imap
freenas-boot/ROOT/FreeNAS-9.3-BETA-1416462961@2014-11-20-23:27:05/mnt/mailstore/postfix 442G 324k 442G 0% /mnt/jails/mail/var/spool/postfix
freenas-boot/ROOT/FreeNAS-9.3-BETA-1416462961@2014-11-20-23:27:05/mnt/media/media 6.9T 4.0T 2.9T 58% /mnt/jails/media/var/db/media

How do I get them back to the original mount points?
