I'm running into issues connecting to my Steamcmd Server for Project Zomboid which is running on a windows VM on an SSD pool. I execute the .exe for the game server but I'm unable to find the server on my gaming pc. I logged into my Asus router and added all the ports necessary to the IP attached to the VM.
Here's what I noticed in the router UI:
The NAS itself has an ip: 192.168.50.178
My plex media server has an ip: 192.168.50.225
and the windows VM: 192.168.50.39
These are all coming from the same network interface in my NAS.
I have read hours of content, the only i haven't done is mount the vm in a jail.
I'm looking for suggestions.
