Windows 7 can not find my new nas (newbie)

Hello, so I rebuilt an old dell yesterday and here are the specs

core 2 duo e4400
6gb ddr2
320gb 2.5" hdd (just experimenting on whether to buy more storage)
generic psu (no gpu)
foxconn motherboard.

Okay, so I setup freenas, and here are some pictures of what I have running. Both my nas and my gaming pc are connected via an ethernet cable to my motorola nvg510 (att uverse), and I don't know what upnp and all of that, here are the pics

You can use the print-screen button the your keyboard to take screenshots. No need for camera. First off, your computer is inadequate for running FreeNAS, which requires a minimum of 8GB RAM. This may or may not be causing the problem you're having. The problem is not network-related since you can access the webgui. Best guess is that you have misconfigured CIFS and / or don't know how to use it.

The solution I propose is as follows:
1) read the following documentation:

http://doc.freenas.org/index.php/Quick_Start_Guide

2) set up and configure your shares following the above documentation. Once you have tried that, and if you still can't get it working post a more specific question.

3) upgrade your hardware to meet the minimum requirements for software or if you can't do that use software other than FreeNAS.
