win share for CIFS

Hi:
I had add a volumn ,permission as

Change permission on /mnt/DA1 to:
Owner (user):root
Owner (group):wheel
Mode:
Owner Group Other
Read V V V
Write V
Execute V V V
----------------

win share as floow had checked:
name=win_share
Browsable to Network Clients:V
Inherit Permissions:V
Export Recycle Bin:V
Show Hidden Files :V
Guest Account:www
Allow Guest Access:V

CIFS On, AND SET AS:

Authentication Model:LOCAL USER
Enable home directories :V
Enable home directories browsing :V
Home directories:/mnt/DA1

In window ,I login as "hart"

Then,I can see the NetBIOS-- FREENAS8
there are 2 document
1.homes:I can open the homes doc? how can I Open it?
2.win_share:I can open the win_shre doc,and write file?
but I didn't release permission of write to "other" or "Group"
what kind method should I do to permiss the rights to different Group.
