Why does Truenas create pool with 3GiB on a 5GiB drive?

I'm testing Truenas with Virtualbox virtual machine.

I mounted a Fixed Size 5GB virtual storage drive for data.
When I create pool in Truenas it tells me raw capacity is 3GiB

Why? This is not right. Where is the other 2GiB and why can't I use it.

Just in case anyone searches for this in future.
the problem is truenas is not using the full capacity of the data drive when creating pool.
raw capacity of pool is extremely lower than full capacity of drive

This is because TrueNAS creates a 2 GiB swap partition on all data drives. You can change this under System->Advanced, but it's not recommended to change the system default, as swap is used constantly if you don't have at least 8 GiB of RAM.

Thank you!
I think this should be shown as a note to user when creating pool. In the same "?" Popup tooltip already there next to raw capacity number.

There are lots of features in Truenas take long time to understand them without tooltips!

Thanks
:)
