Who The Heck is MaxDigital?

Sub-$100 pricing for a 4TB spindle is both appealing and suspicious. The two-year warranty offers some reassurance, but I've never heard of MaxDigital before; clearly it's a re-label. Anyone know more about these guys?

I'm not positive, but I think that seller is the same one I bought my "white label" drives from a little over a year ago. My experience wasn't good.
