Where do I suggest great ideas?

I would like to suggest a great thing but I don't know where the suggestion board is

Please allow us to use the recycle bin feature if we have multiple datasets in one volume from one share. Right now, we have to setup a share from each dataset which is unwanted, unnecessary and bad in many ways.

It actually would be bad to combine the recycle bins because different datasets could have different user permissions and very different properties in general. If all deleted files were moved to a single location, I would see that as a problem.

This is one of those things that I kinda understand, but the valid use case is so narrow (home directories and similar) that the small added value makes it a tough sell. Especially with snapshots.
