WebGUI Will Not Display Correctly

I'm using Chrome on a Windows machine, accessing via local IP on my LAN.

I can verify through console that FreeNAS is up, running, and listening. The login page loads when I navigate to FreeNAS's IP. I can successfully authenticate with my credentials, but after that, I get a mostly blank page with some out-of-place icons. It's entirely unusable.

The read-out in the web console. I also tried incognito mode and a separate browser, also with no success.
