web interface unavailable

I made some changes to my environment, changed some networks and functionality in freenas. the last thing I did was to change the listen on interface setting for the admin web GUI. can someone tell me how to set this to listen on all interfaces from the command line?

if anyone has this answer id still be intersted. I have since resolved my issue by temporarily recreating the network that I removed.
