Hello. I got a esxi server where i have tested freenas with 3 x 500 GB disks in raidz1, where the machine have direct access to the disks.. Works perfect. But now i connected 1 x 3 TB WD RED. But freenas say its UNAVAIL. And in the console the freenas server says: unsupportable block size..

Until someone who uses ESXI chimes in, you may want to read this. I'd also let readers know what version of ESXI you're running. I've read around here ther are problems with drives > 2TB for at least some versions/configurations of ESXI.

Yeah okey thanks. Its for a easy to use server for a friend. I use openindiana. :) There are no problems with my esxi and 2 tb > drives
