watchdog on Asus MOBO

i have Asus B85M , should i need disable watchdog for this mobo ?

That isn't even a server motherboard. It's unlikely to have a watchdog in the first place. It also has a Realtek NIC, which will give you terrible performance issues down the road. Not the best piece of hardware to get started.
