Very slow installation FreeNAS 11.2

Hi,
I couldn't understand?! I just assemble brand new machine I3 and tryed to install FreeNAS 11.2. But it installed very very slow.
And I used UEFI install.
What is the problem? How can I fix it?...

My Motherboard is MSI H310M Pro-VD
Chipset H310 1151
8GB RAM
Intel CORE I3 CPU
16GB Flash Disk
2x6TB SEAGATE HDD

Is your flash drive USB3 and connected to a USB3 port?

My installation went so slowly that it would time out in parts, triggering errors and the whole thing would fall apart and fail. I had to switch to USB3 to get things to install correctly without error (and the whole process was exponentially faster).

Yes I tred USB3 which is blue connected to USB3 slot which is blue... :(
I tryed standard USB to standard USB slot than it was faster...
But I want to know, 10 MB/seconds writing speed is OK for the home network connected via cable not wireless. 2x6 TB Mirror Seagate green HDD?
