v11: Check your jails collection URL

I upgraded from 9.10.2-U5 to 11.0-RELEASE. I have not added or removed any jails but I was poking through Jails>Configuration>Advanced and noticed that my "Collection URL" was extremely outdated. I've since corrected it to
