Hi All,
I've recently set up a small Truenas system and am frustrated by the slow transfer speeds of Gigabit. I only really need higher than gigabit to one PC so am considering using a pair of refurbished 10Gb NICs as a direct connection and keeping the rest connected through my 1Gb switch. The adapters I'm thinking of buying are here (although I have no idea if they will work with Truenas):
intelligentservers.co.uk
Is this sort of setup possible and if so, would I be able to do it with the NIC I have linked to.
Thanks in advance

Buy a cheap, refurbished,HP Ethernet 10Gb 2-port 530FLR-SFP+ Adapter 647581-B21 649869-001, with a 3 Year Hardware Replacement Warranty
