USB UPS working and Shutting down Server but no Reporting Graphs

My ups is working and I can get info from upsc ups. The UPS is shutting down the server on battery power the device driver is nutdrv-qx.

All other reports are working

I have checked the rrd files they are all showing in /var/db/collectd/rrd/localhost/nut-ups

I am having the same exact issue after upgrading the Bluefin, it did show some reporting prior to the upgrade. I am running an APC Back-UPS RS 1500G. I haven't been able to find a resolution.
