Urgent help need about USB harddisk

Today I mounted my USB harddisk on TrueNAS, and imported this disk to /mnt/mydisk fold. After that, I can see fold in this disk via ls, but couldn't see any file under the folds. When I used PLEX to add media, I can only find /mnt/ fold, there was no sub-fold under /mnt/. So I want to know if all the documents in this disk were delelted or not. How should I do to find the files in this disk. Thanks a lot and looking forward to helping

Can you describe the process you did too import the disk a little more clear? Did you create a new pool or did you import a disk?

Step 1, I imported an NTFS disk
step 2, I expanded pool, not create a new pool

It sounds to me like you need to look at permissions for the imported content and make it match what your Plex jail needs. (using chown and/or chmod)
