Upload same config file to two NAS servers or not advised?

I'm building two FreeNAS boxes that will share almost the same configuration, just different datasets. They will serve their perspective locations and replicate to each other.

I've set the first box up and configured it. Can I upload its configuration to the second box or is it not advised for some reason (e.g. same CAs and certificates, password hashes...)?
