UPgrading LSI 9211 8i in place

Hello.
Just wanted to share that I just flashed my Dell h310 cross flashed card in place in FreeNAS from p19 to p20 using the built in sas2flash command.

I did disconnect the drives before hand.

Just liked not having to reboot really.

Yes, that should work fine, but for paranoia's sake you should power cycle just to be sure everything's golden.

I did the card reset command... reported it successful... seems to be running smoothly.
