Upgrading From TrueNAS Core 12 Beta to Release

Newb question I know but I am currently running 12 Beta and on the beta train, how do I go to 12 Release as on the current train I am offered RC1 next?

System -> Updates, and change your train via the dropdown menu.

I'm not sure that you'll be able to go from a beta train to a release train. If you don't have the option in the dropdown menu, your best bet is to do a manual update. If you can't do a manual update, you should, worst case, be able to install from ISO on top of the existing install.

I installed the 12 release iso over the top of current install and it worked a treat
