Current version of my FreeNAS system is 9.3-Stable-201604041648. The client system that I am using to access FreeNAS is Windows 10 with IE11 as the browser. I would like to do the upgrade using the GUI from my Windows client. Based upon the 9.3 documentation, to do the upgrade, I would need to download a .txz file which I can't find on download.freenas.org. It seems that only a .iso file for 9.10 is available.

I am not sure if this is the appropriate place for my question. However, I have just upgraded to 9.10 stable, and I get this message:
If you boot from freenas-boot, don't forget to update boot code.

Assuming you use GPT partitioning and da0 is your boot disk
the following command should do it:
gpart bootcode -b /boot/pmbr -p /boot/gptzfsboot -i 1 da0

Well, it does NOT do it, but I don't know if I am using GPT partitioning.
It says:
/boot/pmbr: No such file or directory
If I do
df -k
the part that looks relevant is:
freenas-boot/grub 7142538 10590 7131948 0% /boot/grub

If I do a zpool status, I see that I have:
freenas-boot
mirror-0
da0p2
da1p2

So, what am I doing wrong, and how do I do "update boot code"?

Thanks for any help.

Murray

@123Alpha FreeNAS 10 is nowhere near stable yet. If you want stable, use 9.3.1 or 9.10.
